Sri Lanka, March 21 -- A tense situation occurred in the Parliament in the morning yesterday (20) due to an impromptu speech that took place that stirred up many members of the Opposition.

SJB MP Ajith P. Perera raised a question to Justice and National Integration Minister Harshana Nanayakkara and the Minister requested time to answer the question. Unsatisfied with this, MP Ajith P. Perera said that the relevant Minister had also requested time without answering a question that was asked earlier and pointed out to the Speaker that this situation cannot continue.
