Sri Lanka, Dec. 26 -- The Hill Country Malayagam community has made a financial donation of Rs. 1 million to the Government's 'Rebuilding Sri Lanka' Fund to provide relief to those affected by Cyclone Ditwah.Sri Lanka Developers

The relevant cheque was presented by S. Dayalan, Vice President of the Ratnapura Helping Hands Association, representing the Malayagam community to President's Secretary Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumanayake at the Presidential Secretariat on Wednesday (24).

Plantation and Community Infrastructure Deputy Minister Sundaralingam Pradeep, Association's Secretary R. Manoharan, Women's Organiser G. Manoranjidam and S. Sivanesan were also present at this event.
