Sri Lanka, Aug. 5 -- Former Director of the Department of National Archives and senior public administrator Haris de Silva, father of SJB MP Dr. Harsha de Silva, has passed away at the age of 93.

Haris de Silva, who also served as a Ministry Secretary, made significant contributions to Sri Lanka's public administration sector, particularly in the preservation, management and modernisation of the country's archival and records management systems.Travel Guides & Travelogues
