Sri Lanka, Dec. 26 -- The Hakgala National Botanical Garden has been reopened for tourists from yesterday (25), following an expedited programme initiated under the guidance of the Environment Ministry and the efforts of the National Botanical Gardens Department staff.
This reopening was carried out in compliance with the relevant recommendations and instructions provided by the National Building Research Organisation (NBRO) and the Disaster Management Centre (DMC).
