Government pledges more funds for Families of Missing
Sri Lanka, Aug. 27 -- The Government has allocated Rs. 375 million for activities related to disappeared persons.
During a commemorative programme to mark the 2026 International Day of the Victims of Enforced Disappearances on the theme "Victims First - Immediate Action," Matara District MP Ajantha Gammadda who presided said 'we have a responsibility to deliver the truth and justice that their families seek'.
