Sri Lanka, Feb. 10 -- The Government Medical Officers Association (GMOA) will meet in Colombo on Wednesday to take a decision regarding the trade union action taken by its members, Assistant Secretary Dr. Hansamal Weerasuriya said yesterday.
He said that the trade union action by the GMOA has been implemented in a way that causes minimal inconvenience to patients.
Dr. Weerasuriya lamented that the Government has not yet taken steps to provide a solution to this problem that has been going on for about two weeks.
