SriLanka, Sept. 19 -- A 75-member strong Sri Lanka Army contingent comprising 20 officers and 50 other ranks departed for Russia on Thursday morning to participate in 'Exercise Wolverine Path II - 2026', scheduled to be held at the 249th Sergeyevsky Combined Arms Training School.Military

According to military sources, this is the first occasion on which Russia has hosted a military exercise on its territory involving Sri Lankan military personnel.
