SriLanka, Sept. 10 -- Defending champions Royal College, Colombo 'B', reached the final of the Under-17 Division II Inter-Schools Limited Overs Cricket Tournament conducted by the Sri Lanka Schools Cricket Association with the sponsorship of Sri Lanka Cricket.

Royal 'B' defeated Sir John Kotelawala College, Kurunegala, by 125 runs in the semi-final played at Ananda Mawatha, Colombo, yesterday.

Batting first, Royal 'B' scored 235 for seven in 50 overs, with Manish Wijesundara leading the way with an unbeaten 114 off 129 balls, including 15 boundaries and four sixes. Sithuka Alwis contributed 25 and Thumindu Somasiri made 21. Indeepa Udesh and Pulina Methmal took two wickets each.
