Sri Lanka, Feb. 24 -- The period for submitting public complaints and information to the Presidential Commission of Inquiry appointed to investigate alleged acts of corruption, fraud, criminal breach of trust, misuse or abuse of power, State resources and privileges, unlawful recruitments and appointments, violations of procurement guidelines, irregularities in leasing or renting out immovable or movable property, and legal proceedings and settlements conducted outside due procedure, as well as the serious losses and damages caused to State assets or revenue as a result of the above actions within the Colombo Municipal Council from 2010 to 2025, has been extended until March 16.
