Sri Lanka, Feb. 17 -- Two computer laboratories of the Management Faculty at the Peradeniya University were completely destroyed by flooding following Cyclone Ditwa. All computers and related equipment were damaged beyond repair, causing inconvenience to students for several months.
Recognising the urgent need to restore these facilities, EWIS Chairman has stepped forward to support the Faculty. The company will handover 100 laptops to re-establish the Management Faculty Computer Laboratory at the Faculty premises on Thursday (19) at 8.30 a.m.. In addition, the company will donate an 85-inch widescreen smart board to further enhance the laboratory's learning environment.
