Sri Lanka, May 8 -- NPP Badulla District Member of Parliament Ravindra Bandara yesterday (7) lodged a complaint before the Presidential Commission of Inquiry (PCoI) appointed to investigate alleged coal procurement frauds, regarding an alleged fraud linked to the first coal procurement process conducted in 2009.
Speaking to the media following the complaint, the MP stated that although there had been extensive discussion over the past few months regarding alleged coal-related fraud, no one had officially submitted a complaint to the commission until now.
