Sri Lanka, Aug. 31 -- Ceylon Deaf Adventures (CDA), a Negombo-based inclusive travel enterprise, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Germany's DeafVentures, creating a new cross-border partnership aimed at expanding Sri Lanka's presence in the global Deaf tourism market.

The agreement, announced on August 20, is believed to be the first formal cross-border Deaf tourism partnership of its kind in Sri Lanka. It provides a framework for the two companies to jointly develop, market and operate accessible tourism packages between Germany and Sri Lanka.
