Sri Lanka, Aug. 11 -- The Colombo Crimes Division (CCD) is seeking to arrest former National Lotteries Board Director and former President Ranil Wickremesinghe's Public Relations Director General Thusitha Halloluwa following the investigation into the shooting at a jeep carrying Halloluwa and attorney Dinesh Dodangoda by gunmen on a motorcycle and fleeing with a file which was inside the vehicle.

The Colombo Crimes Division has been looking for Thusitha Halloluwa at places where he stays and even the places where he hangs out.The CCD said that Halloluwa is currently missing from his residence and seems to be in hiding.
