Sri Lanka, Oct. 23 -- A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between CBC Finance Ltd., a fully owned subsidiary of Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC., and Ideal Motors (Private) Limited, held on September 26.

The MoU was signed by Delakshan Hettiarachchi, Executive Director CBC Finance Ltd., and Nimisha Welgama, Director Legal and Corporate Affairs, Ideal Group of Companies. The signing ceremony was graced by senior officials including Rangana Shamil (Head of Business Development CBC Finance) and Raveendra Ranasinghe (Senior Manager Three-Wheelers/Motorcycles CBC Finance).
