Sri Lanka, March 3 -- A 14-member Government delegation participated in a specialised training and capacity building programme on Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) in India.
The delegation was in India from February 23-27 and comprised officials from the Presidential Secretariat and several key ministries including the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and Ministry of Energy among others.
