Sri Lanka, June 24 -- It has been observed that there are many unhealthy health behaviours among the children below 05 years in Sri Lanka due to poor physical and oral hygiene, high sugar and salt consumption, consumption of sweetened beverages, bakery products, lack of adequate physical exercise and sleep, addiction to digital screens, and lack of sensitivity to the environment.
