Sri Lanka, July 15 -- Sri Lanka's new National Cyber Security Strategy 2025-2029 has received Cabinet approval, marking a significant step forward in strengthening the country's digital resilience.

The updated strategy, developed by the Sri Lanka Computer Emergency Response Team (Sri Lanka CERT) with support from the World Bank, builds on the foundation of the nation's first Information and Cyber Security Strategy implemented from 2019 to 2023.
