Sri Lanka, July 16 -- BYD has set up a world-class after-sales service network, revolutionising the New Energy Vehicle (NEV) sector in Colombo, Wattala and Seeduwa.

BYD, a world-leading manufacturer of New Energy Vehicles (NEVs), has made a strong mark in the electric vehicle sector in Sri Lanka, in collaboration with its local agent John Keells CG Auto.

In just nine months since the recent resumption of vehicle imports, BYD has managed to capture a market share of 31.1% of all new passenger vehicles registered in Sri Lanka and a whopping 63.3% of new electric vehicle (EV) registrations.
