President Anura Kumara Dissanayake said the 2027 Budget will place special emphasis on finding lasting solutions to the public's long-standing drinking water issues.
The President made these remarks while participating in a discussion held at the Presidential Secretariat yesterday morning (8) to review the progress of projects implemented under the 2026 Budget allocations for the Housing, Construction and Water Supply Ministry and to discuss its budgetary requirements for 2027.
