Sri Lanka, Feb. 23 -- The Kadugannawa Police are appealing to drivers and the public to be careful when using the lower Kadugannawa area of the Colombo-Kadugannawa-Kandy Road, which has been restored following severe damages caused to Cyclone Ditwah.
There has been heavy rain in the Kandy district in the last few days and landslide warnings have been issued for several areas in the district.
