Walpola comes into the role after a successful stint with S. Thomas' College Mount Lavinia last season. Under his guidance, the Thomians had a much-improved campaign, finishing fourth in the Dialog 'A' Division Schools Rugby League 2025 season, including a stunning 36-24 victory over
