SriLanka, Sept. 23 -- Ambeon Capital PLC, the Colombo Stock Exchange-listed investment holding company, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Sincere Syndication and Corporate Services LLP and Avyukthi Consulting & Advisory Services LLP to establish collaborative investment desks in Colombo and Chennai.

The arrangement is designed to channel cross-border capital between Sri Lanka and India across listed equities, private equity and credit, real estate and fixed income, while also supporting mergers and acquisitions and business partnerships.
