Sri Lanka, July 31 -- In an accident that took place on Tuesday (29) night around 8.30 pm, in the Lihinihela area, on the Hatharaliyadda Rambukkana Road, 2 people lost their lives, while 2 others sustained injuries. Police investigations revealed that a truck from Mundalama, transporting asbestos roofing sheets to sales outlets in Hatharaliyadda and Galagedera areas, experienced brake failure while on the incline named Lihinihela. Consequently, the truck hit a cab, a motorcycle parked close by, as well as a shop.
