Sri Lanka, Feb. 26 -- A special workshop to brief representatives of the Praja Shakthi National Movement in the Athuraliya Divisional Secretariat Division was held on February 24.
The programme was conducted under the patronage of Lal Premanath, Chairman of the Athuraliya Divisional Co-ordination Committee and Member of Parliament for the Matara District, and organised under the guidance of Divisional Secretary Nirosha Gamage. The workshops were held at 14 locations within the division.
Community representatives from 28 Grama Niladhari divisions, Samurdhi officers, and Agricultural Research Officers were among those who were informed and engaged during the sessions.
