Sri Lanka, Aug. 13 -- The 2026 study by 'Great Place To Work Sri Lanka' surveyed over 4,500 employees across the technology sector, including IT, IT Solutions, ITES, and Telecommunications, achieving an impressive average response rate of 85%.

From twenty six organisations shortlisted, the ten Best Workplaces were selected using the globally recognised 'Great Place To Work For All' model, which combines the Trust Index survey (75%) with the Culture Audit (25%).
