Sri Lanka, June 17 -- The 'Asidisi Piyawara' awareness workshop for Gampaha District journalists, organised by the Government Information Department will be held at the Laksiya Na Mandira Auditorium, Gampaha District Secretariat today from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.. Government Information Department's Director General Harsha Bandara will be present at the workshop.
The objectives of this workshop are to update journalists' knowledge on technological innovations in the media field, to take professional development to a new dimension and to further strengthen and closely engage journalists in Government development activities.
