Nairobi, April 23 -- It has always been a see-saw battle whenever Kenya's KCB and Al Ahly of Egypt contested the Women's African Volleyball Clubs Championship final.
But who will have the last laugh tomorrow when the two continental giants face off again in the final at Ahly Hall, Cairo?
Two-time winners KCB and record 10-time champions Al Ahly of Egypt have met in the final thrice, with the bankers carrying the day in two of the outings.
But interesting enough, the Kenyan team had lost to the North African side in the group stages.
They met for the first time in the final in 2006 in Vacoas, Mauritius, where KCB claimed a 3-2 sets victory after losing to the Egyptian side 3-0 in the group stages.
