Uganda, April 24 -- Wealthy persons have been advised to devote their time and energy on seeking academic knowledge besides toiling to get more money.Speaking to the media in Kampala soon after graduating with a Diploma in Social Works and Social Administration from Kampala University (KU), the Senior presidential advisor on special duties, Mr Moses Karangwa Kaliisa, noted that wealth without academic knowledge and skills makes one "naive" on many national issues, including people's behaviours, social challenges and how to solve them.
