Uganda, April 17 -- I have friend groups for everything. Some for business, some for geopolitical conversations (these are particularly busy these days, thanks to Middle East wars), others for the outdoors, astronomy, partying, the arts etc. 

Oftentimes, these friend groups do not really intersect much, so one can say my life is wrapped up in different pockets of experiences; compartments of joy that sum up my eclectic existence.

It is almost schizophrenic. I think most of us have this kind of set up; even when we do not necessarily consciously create these structures. We somehow get drawn to people through shared interests and experiences.
