Uganda, May 15 -- In a political shift that signals a generational changing of the guard, 30-year-old Abasi Kizito is set to take over as the Lwengo District Chairperson. A member of the National Unity Platform (NUP), Kizito emerged victorious in a tightly contested race, promising a new era of transparency and peace for a district historically defined by both rapid development and unconventional leadership styles.
