Uganda, May 4 -- The Stanbic Uganda Cup semifinal tie between Kitara and Vipers remains evenly poised going into the second leg after the two teams played out a goalless draw at the Royal Park Butema on Sunday evening.
Vipers will be the happier of the two teams with goalkeeper Derrick Kiggundu required to work overtime to keep the Kitara attackers at bay with a string of fine saves.
The peak of the saves came on 29 minutes when Kiggundu kept out Patrick Kaddu's effort from point blank range after a flick on from a long throw-in.
Before that, he tipped a goal bound effort from Jimmy Kalema onto the crossbar from an attempted cross in the third minute.
