At the recent Jubilee Insurance Annual Club Membership Dinner in Kampala, the issue of policy retention was a focal point for the leadership, with concerns raised about the dwindling rates.
In insurance, persistence refers to the ability of policyholders to continue paying premiums for the duration of their policies, ensuring the financial protection they signed up for.
