Govt should be indiscriminate in prosecuting graft
Uganda, May 16 -- Shortly after he was sworn in on Tuesday, President Museveni declared that his current five-year term is going to be "term no sleep" and "term no corruption". The comments came at a time when corruption seems to have spiralled out of control.
