Ankole bishop urges Museveni to appoint leaders of integrity for new term
Uganda, May 14 -- As President Museveni begins his seventh elective term in office, the Bishop of Ankole Diocese, Rt. Rev. Sheldon Mwesigwa, has issued a pointed call for a radical shift in leadership selection. Speaking on Wednesday, the prelate implored the President to prioritize integrity and vet out corruption when forming his new administration.
The Bishop's remarks come at a critical juncture following Tuesday's inauguration.
