Adhola cultural institution slashes cabinet by half
Uganda, April 8 -- The paramount cultural leader of Tieng Adhola Cultural Institution, Kwar Adhola Moses Stephen Owor, has reduced the number of his ministers from 36 to 17. The new changes were announced on Wednesday by the Institution's information minister, David Asyep, at the Palace. He said initially the big Cabinet was necessary to sell, popularise, and make the institution known in the broader part, which notion was achieved and that now it has become imperative that a manageable cabinet is set up.
