SriLanka, Oct. 7 -- Two accused who pleaded guilty in a case filed by the Attorney General against six suspects, including Abu Hanifa Mohamed Musif alias Abu Dahida, over allegations of illegally possessing a firearm and explosives at the Lastery Estate in Wanathavilluwa, Puttalam, in 2018, in connection with Muslim extremists including Zahran Hashim, were sentenced to 10 years' rigorous imprisonment by the Colombo High Court today.

The case was taken up before a three-member High Court Trial-at-Bar comprising Judges Lal Ranasinha Bandara, Rashmi Singappuli and Nayomi Wickramasekara.
