Sri Lanka, Sept. 29 -- A system should be developed to investigate the collection of money from students in schools through development societies or other channels, and to implement existing circulars and related activities in a systematic manner, Director General of the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) Ranga Dissanayake said.

He noted that some school principals are making significant efforts to keep schools functional despite challenges.
