SriLanka, Aug. 2 -- Sri Lanka Women clinched the three-match T20 International series against Pakistan Women with a match to spare after registering a convincing six-wicket victory in the second T20I at the Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium on Sunday.

Chasing a challenging target of 176, the hosts produced a composed batting display to reach 176 for 4 with 14 balls remaining, taking an unassailable 2-0 lead in the series.

Earlier, Pakistan Women, after being asked to bat, posted a competitive 175 for 5 in their 20 overs. Openers Shawal Zulfiqar and Muneeba Ali laid a solid platform with knocks of 48 and 45 respectively, while Sri Lanka's Chamudi Praboda claimed 2 for 27 to keep the visitors in check.
