Sri Lanka, Oct. 29 -- Kalutara North Police have arrested six suspects in connection with an incident in which a group of motorcyclists allegedly blocked a luxury bus and assaulted its driver and conductor in the Nagas Junction area along the Kalutara-Colombo main road.

Police have also taken into custody two motorcycles allegedly used in the attack.

The suspects, who are residents of the Wadduwa and Moronthuduwa areas, are scheduled to be produced before the Kalutara Magistrate's Court.

Kalutara North Police are conducting further investigations into the incident.
