Sri Lanka, March 25 -- Amidst ongoing talks on the procurement of fuel from Russia, Russia's Deputy Energy Minister Roman Marshavin is scheduled to visit Sri Lanka tomorrow (26), Daily Mirror learns.

Foreign Minister Vijitha Herath confirmed to Daily Mirror that Russia's Deputy Energy Minister will visit Sri Lanka on the March 26th and that Herath is to hold discussion with the Deputy Minister.

Meanwhile, Cabinet Spokesman and Minister Nalinda Jayatissa told the weekly briefing to announce Cabinet decisions that diplomatic discussions are in progress on purchasing fuel on government to government agreement from Russia.
