Sri Lanka, Feb. 12 -- The Sri Lankan Rupee appreciated marginally against the US Dollar at several commercial banks today (Feb 12) compared to Wednesday, with the selling rate remaining steady around Rs. 312.

According to Seylan Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar decreased slightly from Rs. 306.75 to Rs. 306.65, while the selling rate also edged down from Rs. 311.50 to Rs. 311.40.

Meanwhile, NDB Bank reported a minor appreciation of the Rupee, with the buying rate declining from Rs. 306.20 to Rs. 306.15. The selling rate at the bank also fell slightly from Rs. 312.70 to Rs. 312.65.
