Sri Lanka, Aug. 13 -- Minister Wasantha Samarasinghe has announced an investigation into the inaccurate information supplied to Prime Minister Harini Amarasuriya regarding the Supreme SAT project, widely known as 'Chichi's rocket'.

The Prime Minister recently presented details in Parliament about revenue generated by the company behind the project.

However, Minister Samarasinghe later clarified that the figures were incorrect, stressing that the data had been provided by officials to the PM and not independently verified.
