Colombo, Sept. 28 -- At the invitation of the Government of Japan, President Anura Kumara Dissanayake, who is currently on an official visit to Japan, is scheduled to meet members of the Sri Lankan community residing in Japan this afternoon (28) in Tokyo.
The President arrived in Japan yesterday (27), commencing his three-day official visit.
On arrival, he was warmly received by the Japanese Ambassador to Sri Lanka, Akio Isomata, Sri Lanka's Ambassador to Japan, Professor Pivithuru Janaka Kumarasinghe and senior officials of the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
