Colombo, Sept. 28 -- A shocking incident was reported in Hatton when a customer had discovered a piece of human skin from a finger wound inside a sliced loaf of bread purchased from a local bakery.
According to reports, the customer had bought the loaf for Rs. 180 for dinner on Thursday (25). While consuming the bread, the individual had noticed the piece of skin and immediately refrained from eating further. The contaminated bread, along with the piece of skin, was handed over to Public Health Inspectors (PHIs) of the Hatton Dickoya Municipal Council.
