Sri Lanka, Aug. 12 -- Temporary traffic restrictions will be imposed in the Boralesgamuwa Police Division on August 13, 14 and 15 in connection with the Bellanwila Esala Maha Perahera, police said.

Police urged motorists and the public to use designated alternative routes during the three procession nights.

The first restriction will be imposed tomorrow (13) from 7.00 a.m. to around 10.00 a.m. for the Pawada Perahera.

During this period, traffic along the 119 Maharagama-Dehiwala bus route between Boralesgamuwa Junction and Bellanthara Junction will be restricted.

Vehicles travelling from Maharagama or Piliyandala towards Dehiwala can proceed via Papiliyana Junction, turn left towards Bellanthara through the Spar Roundabout, and conti...
