Sri Lanka, Sept. 10 -- Parliament is scheduled to hold a two-day debate on the proposed 22nd Amendment on September 24 and 25, following a decision reached by party leaders today, the Parliament Media Unit said.

Speaker Jagath Wickramaratne is expected to receive the Supreme Court's determination on the legislation shortly, paving the way for the parliamentary debate.
