Sri Lanka, Oct. 16 -- Parliament is scheduled to meet from October 20 to 23, Secretary-General of Parliament Kushani Rohanadeera has announced.

Accordingly, on Tuesday, October 20, Parliament will debate an Adjournment Motion presented by the Opposition from 11.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.

The following day, Wednesday, October 21, a Resolution under the Public Debt Management Act and a Supplementary Estimate will be debated and put to a vote between 11.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. The annual reports of five statutory institutions will then be considered for approval without debate, followed by Questions at the Adjournment Time from 5.00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
