SriLanka, Sept. 19 -- The Commissioner General of Motor Traffic has introduced a new WhatsApp number for the public to submit complaints regarding issues encountered during motor vehicle registration and inconveniences caused by vehicles.

Accordingly, members of the public can submit their complaints and concerns via WhatsApp to 074 245 3300.

The initiative is aimed at providing the public with a convenient channel to report issues related to motor vehicle registration and other vehicle-related inconveniences.
