Sri Lanka, Aug. 13 -- Member of Parliament M. L. A. M. Hizbullah appeared before the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption today to provide a statement in connection with an ongoing inquiry into his assets and liabilities.

Hizbullah arrived at the Commission premises following a formal notice requiring him to appear before investigators and provide information relating to the inquiry.
