Sri Lanka, April 8 -- Independent MP Ramanathan Archchuna has published his pay slip on social media, becoming the second MP to do so after MP Jagath Vithana did the same a few months ago.

According to the pay slip, MP Archchuna's gross salary is Rs 415,169, while his net salary amounts to Rs 395,851.

The MP is entitled to several allowances, including a monthly allowance of Rs 54,000 and an entertainment allowance of Rs 1,000, which he has requested to be increased. In addition, he receives a telephone allowance of Rs 50,000, a transport allowance of Rs 15,000, an office allowance of Rs 100,000, a fuel allowance of Rs 179,707, and a sitting allowance of Rs 15,000.
